Byron Alvarado is a DJ, Producer, Instructor of the DJ academy DJLab, Promoter of the TMPL project and one of the representatives of the powerful Industrial and Hypnotic Techno sound in Costa Rica.
He has shared the stage with international artists such as Nastia, Héctor Oaks, RIKHTER, Métaraph, Fiedel, Vendex, Juan Sanchez, Common Poetry and Die Arkitekt.
In 2019 he completes the music production program DJLab and Brooklyn Digital Conservatory (NYC), with the support of Ableton, Arturia, iZotope and Native Instruments.
Co-creator of the TMPL project with Jimena Rueda, Melina Blanco and Partícula de Dios, he has managed to consolidate not only a series of party concepts gravitating around Techno and Hard Style, but also an important portfolio of local, regional and international bookings with artists such as Rikhter, Métaraph, Paula Velez, Vendex, Fiedel and Héctor Oaks.
In his career, Byron Alvarado has released on renowned labels such as: NECHTO, PURE HATE 000, Laboratorium Records, Be Techno, VAGUE, WINKED, Denso Records, Set of the Day, COOLKIDZ, among others.
In 2021, Byron Alvarado participated in episode #10 of Scary Beautiful, a project developed and supported by the renowned Ukrainian DJ Nastia, with his track Cordon de Plata, a track that is part of the LP series of the NECHTO label NECH016.
He had the opportunity to make an official remix for the track ''Julian'' by Greek producer Die Arkitekt with the vocals of the legendary Lena Platonos.
His tracks have been supported by artists such as Richie Hawtin, Nastia, Ayako Mori, Daria Kolosova, Metaraph, Imogen, among others.
He has been featured on radio shows in Spain such as Who Electronic Radio and has also been invited to international podcasts by the following labels: Wanderlust, Tech Clubbers, Living Techno, LABORATORIUM, DECIBELS, WINKED, Set of the Day, 6eme Sens, Under Oath, among others.
In 2022, he debuts as an instructor of DJLab's Professional DJ Course, a role he has managed to consolidate thanks to his great charisma and dedication when it comes to accompanying the new talents that come through DJLab.
