JAVAX is a versatile techno artist who began his musical journey at a young age, first by mastering the piano and later by picking up the guitar. His passion for music grew stronger as he ventured into DJing at 12, mixing hard house and trance on vinyl. Throughout his youth, JAVAX honed his DJing skills, listening back to his mixes and constantly seeking ways to improve. By 16, he had discovered music production and started experimenting with FL Studio before transitioning to Ableton Live. Drawing inspiration from a wide range of artists, JAVAX's unique sound is a seamless fusion of bass music and techno, which stays true to the genre's essence. His impressive musical background has landed him residencies in his hometown of Auckland, New Zealand, and later in London after moving there in 2015. In 2023, JAVAX released his groundbreaking ‘BLACK ACID’ EP on Throne Room Recordings. This release has garnered support from notable artists like UAKOZ, Melvin Spix, Marck D, Richie Hawtin, Agent Orange, Paco Osuna, Ilario Alicante, and Joseph Capriati, among others. JAVAX's electrifying performances have graced the stages of renowned venues, including Ministry of Sound, Printworks, and other notable clubs. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to perform alongside and support many of the industry’s most respected artists.
